Why We Priced Form24 to Undercut International Competitors

Form24's paid plans start at $4 a month plus $2 per active team member. That's a fraction of what most international form-building SaaS products charge, and the pricing wasn't chosen to look aggressive on a comparison chart — it was chosen because it reflects who we're actually building for.

Pricing for the Market We're In

International SaaS pricing is usually set against international purchasing power. A price that's a rounding error for a business in a larger economy can be a genuine barrier for a small business or school in Uzbekistan. If the goal is real adoption — not just impressive average revenue per user — pricing has to start from what the local market can actually sustain.

Free Tier as a Real Product, Not a Trap

The free tier includes unlimited responses, not a capped trial disguised as free. That decision matters because it means a small business or a single teacher can use Form24 seriously without ever paying, and only upgrade when a real team needs collaboration features — not because we've artificially throttled the free experience to force a conversion.

Betting on Volume Over Margin

Undercutting international competitors on price is a bet that adoption across a large, underserved local market beats extracting maximum revenue from a small number of users. It's the same logic that ran through the bookshop project — build something that genuinely fits the people you're building it for, and let that fit be the reason it grows.
